Requirements

• ●Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• ●Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• ●Proficient in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• ●Honest, responsible, and committed, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• ●Physically fit and in good health.
• ●Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• ●Review the information provided in customer loan applications and verify it against the supporting documents submitted by the customer.
• ●Ensure that all customer information, supporting documents, and assessment reports are reviewed accurately, completely, and within the required turnaround time.
• ●Verify all customer contact information recorded in the credit assessment form and validate the customer's bank account details.
• ●Request additional information or supporting documents whenever the information provided is incomplete, unclear, or insufficient for credit assessment.
• ●Analyze customers' repayment capacity, creditworthiness, and financial background, and provide recommendations to the Credit Committee for lending decisions.
• ●Participate in discussions and provide professional recommendations on complex or exceptional customer cases to facilitate appropriate credit decisions.
• ●Review, organize, and prepare customer documentation to ensure completeness before submission to the Credit Committee for approval.
• ●Ensure all customer verification calls are conducted professionally, maintain high quality standards, and comply with the Company's credit policies and procedures.
• ●Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly operational and credit assessment reports.
• ●Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor, management, or the Credit Operations team.
