The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for supporting the daily Human Resources and Administrative operations of the Company. The role ensures effective recruitment, employee administration, office management, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The incumbent will work closely with all departments to promote an efficient, organized, and positive workplace that supports Delightech's business objectives.
