Job Description

"Delightech is a technology provider offering a digital lending platform that supports licensed financial institutions in delivering loan services through secure electronic channels. The platform enables customers to apply for and access loan-related services anytime, anywhere, on supported devices, subject to internal policies, credit assessment, and compliance with Cambodia regulations."

Requirements

●Bachelor of Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Statistics, or relevant fields.
●Basic understanding of Data Science, Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Descriptive Statistics
●One year of working experience or personal portfolios
●Knowledge in Data, SQL and RDBMS.
●Able to write quality code in Python.
●Ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment
●High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

●Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps, and opportunities.
●Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports according to management and departmental requirements.
●Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to relevant teams.
●Compare actual performance against targets and highlight significant variances.
●Provide clear findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
●Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
●Follow company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
●Ensure sensitive customer and company information is properly protected and only accessed by authorized personnel.
●Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and analysis processes.
●Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
