Job Description

We are looking for a proactive IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support to our staff. You will ensure smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain network, hardware, and software resources.

Requirements

  • ●Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ●Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • ●Good knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • ●Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • ●Understanding of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • ●Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • ●Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • ●Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • ●Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and software applications.
  • ●Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
  • ●Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
  • ●Assist in the setup of new workstations, devices, and software for employees.
  • ●Maintain documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and technical guides.
  • ●Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT resources meet operational needs.
  • ●Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices.
