Job Description

The Credit Support Officer provides administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Credit team to ensure accurate credit processing, proper documentation, and smooth coordination between Credit, Operations, and Collection. The role helps maintain credit quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Requirements

  • ●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • ●0–2 years of experience in credit administration, operations, or support roles
  • ●Experience in fintech, microfinance, or banking is an advantage
  • ●Good communication and coordination skills
  • ●Basic understanding of credit processes

Responsibilities

  • ●Assist in preparing and verifying credit applications and supporting documents
  • ●Check completeness and accuracy of customer information
  • ●Upload, update, and maintain credit data in the system
  • ●Support credit officers in daily credit operations
  • ●Ensure documents comply with internal policy and regulatory requirements
  • ●Track missing or pending documents and follow up with relevant teams
