Job Description

The Credit Collection Officer is responsible for managing overdue accounts, collecting outstanding payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role aims to minimize credit losses and support portfolio quality.

Requirements

●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
●Experience in fintech, microfinance, banking, or lending institutions is an advantage
●Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
●Basic computer and reporting skills
●Ability to manage stress and conflict
●High integrity and ethical behavior

Responsibilities

●Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, messages, or field visits
●Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policy
●Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance
