Requirements

• ●Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• ●1–2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• ●Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• ●Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.
• ●Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or another programming language.
• ●Experience working with APIs and system integrations is an advantage.
• ●Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data modeling.
• ●Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
• ●Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
• ●Understanding of database security, access control, and data protection.
• ●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ●Good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• ●Good communication and teamwork skills.
• ●Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• ●Good command of Khmer and basic to intermediate English.
• ●Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or digital lending is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• ●Design, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines to collect and process data from various systems and sources.
• ●Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
• ●Integrate data from databases, APIs, applications, and third-party platforms.
• ●Design, maintain, and optimize databases and data warehouse systems.
• ●Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• ●Monitor data pipelines, databases, and data processes, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• ●Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, security, and availability.
• ●Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, incorrect, or inconsistent data.
• ●Work closely with Data Analysts and relevant departments to provide reliable datasets for reporting and business analysis.
• ●Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• ●Automate manual data processing and reporting tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• ●Develop and maintain data integrations between internal business systems.
• ●Maintain proper documentation of data pipelines, databases, integrations, and technical processes.
• ●Ensure customer and company data is handled securely and in accordance with company policies.
• ●Continuously improve data infrastructure, processes, and system performance.
• ●Stay updated on data engineering technologies, tools, and best practices.
• ●Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor or Management.
