Job Description

The Accounting/Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective cash flow management, and provides financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

●Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
●Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance
●Knowledge of IFRS and very good understanding of Cambodian Tax Law and Tax regulations
●Experience in fintech, banking, microfinance, or financial services is preferred
●Computer literate in Advance Excel, Ms. Word, Power Point
●Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

●Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

●Monitor financial performance and analyze variances
●Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
●Support business growth planning and cost control
●Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets)
