Our goal is to empower individuals to build and maintain their financial credit to receive better financial services, and to provide a digital platform that facilitates banks in supporting customers' daily needs seamlessly.

Job Description

Delightech Co., Ltd, since 2018 to be an advance in developing people's credits and financial literacy to improve livelihood in Cambodia. We provide instant cash service through a digital lending platform that allows underbanked people to access financial services without complicated documents, collateral and guarantors.

Requirements

  • ●Current university student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • ●Be able to complete the internship project in 6 months
  • ●Basic experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue).
  • ●Familiar with back-end frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar).
  • ●Understanding of API integration (RESTful APIs).
  • ●Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • ●Familiar with Git/GitHub version control.
  • ●Good communication skills (Khmer, English is a plus).
  • ●Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • ●Positive attitude and strong willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

  • ●Assist in developing new features for web and mobile applications.
  • ●Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under supervision.
  • ●Support both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (API, database) development tasks.
  • ●Participate in debugging, testing, and reviewing code.
  • ●Identify and fix minor bugs or issues in the system.
  • ●Support QA team to perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • ●Assist in updating and maintaining existing software solutions.
  • ●Monitor platform performance and help solve technical issues.
  • ●Support deployment processes (staging, production environments).
  • ●Work closely with designers, developers, product managers, and QA.
  • ●Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and sprint reviews.
  • ●Provide technical support to other departments when needed.
