Requirements

  • ●Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • ●Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • ●Proficient in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • ●Honest, responsible, and committed, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • ●Physically fit and in good health.
  • ●Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • ●Contact customers to collect outstanding loan repayments and ensure payments are made within the agreed repayment schedule.
  • ●Accurately record all customer interactions, payment commitments, collection outcomes, and follow-up actions in the Company's operating system.
  • ●Follow up with customers according to their payment commitments in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and accountability.
  • ●Manage and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and performance objectives.
  • ●Monitor and follow up with customers who have committed to making repayments to ensure timely fulfillment of their payment obligations.
  • ●Inform customers of any promotional campaigns, settlement offers, or special repayment programs, and encourage them to make payments on time.
  • ●Regularly review customer information in the operating system and communicate with customers through phone calls, SMS, or electronic communication channels. Provide accurate and clear information while maintaining a courteous, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • ●Participate actively in training programs, meetings, and other company activities as required to enhance professional knowledge and job performance.
  • ●Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Manager or immediate Supervisor.
