Requirements

  • ●Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • ●Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • ●Proficient in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • ●Honest, responsible, and committed, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • ●Physically fit and in good health.
  • ●Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • ●Assist customers in completing loan application forms accurately, successfully, and in accordance with the assigned targets.
  • ●Coordinate with internal teams and support departmental operations in line with the responsibilities of the Customer Advisory Department.
  • ●Review customer information and conduct customer interviews through the operating system accurately, efficiently, and on a daily basis.
  • ●Contact and follow up with customers who have not successfully completed their applications, and provide appropriate assistance to resolve any issues.
  • ●Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns through social media platforms and all customer communication channels.
  • ●Answer inbound customer calls in a timely manner, providing accurate and clear information with courtesy, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
  • ●Promote business growth by acquiring new customers and encouraging existing customers to continue using the Company's services in order to achieve assigned targets.
  • ●Inform customers about promotional campaigns and special offers according to the Company's marketing plans, while maintaining updated customer contact information for future communication.
  • ●Review customer information and proactively follow up with returning customers to facilitate faster loan disbursement and improve customer experience.
  • ●Contact existing customers with a good repayment history and encourage them to use the Company's services again by introducing special offers and promotional programs.
  • ●Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work activities effectively to ensure assigned targets and responsibilities are achieved.
  • ●Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Manager or immediate Supervisor.
