Delightech and Passerelles Numériques Cambodia Sign MOU to Strengthen Digital Skills and Career Pathways for Cambodian Youth
Phnom Penh, Cambodia 28 April 2026. Delightech, a leading Cambodian fintech company, and Passerelles Numériques Cambodia (PNC) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on advancing digital skills development and creating career opportunities for Cambodian students in the technology sector.
The partnership aims to bridge the gap between education and industry by equipping young talents with practical skills, mentorship, and real-world exposure in digital innovation, fintech, and technology-driven business environments.
Under this MOU, both organizations will work together on key initiatives, including internship opportunities, skills development programs, guest lectures, career sharing sessions, and potential collaborative projects that support students’ transition from education to employment.
